About Me
Hi! I’m Dr. Danielle Pace, I’m so glad you’re here.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in helping adolescents, adults and families navigate emotional challenges and build meaningful lives. With a deep passion for guiding individuals to understand their patterns, develop new skills, and foster personal growth, I take a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy. I draw from a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy to empower my clients to make lasting change.
Currently practicing at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate, I am dedicated to providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and equipped to face life’s challenges. My goal is to help each individual cultivate resilience and lead a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My Approach
At the core of my work is the belief that real change is possible—even when life feels overwhelming, chaotic, or stuck. As a DBT-informed psychologist, I specialize in helping individuals and families navigate intense emotions, rebuild trust in themselves, and create lives they genuinely want to live.
My approach blends warmth, nonjudgmental presence, and unwavering clinical expertise. DBT is not just a therapy—it's a toolkit for transformation. Whether you’re navigating a major life change, struggling with persistent anxiety, or facing the challenges of a mood disorder, I offer support for life transitions, anxiety treatment, and therapy for mood disorders in a structured yet deeply compassionate space. Together, we can address life’s stressors, intense emotions, destructive behaviors, relationship difficulties, and chronic feelings of emptiness, creating room for genuine growth and lasting change.
